It’s hard to take that baby step; let’s not pretend to ourselves! But as it’s hard, it’s still possible to take the step. I’ve learnt, the hard way, that at the end of the day, it starts with you.
When Life Feels Stagnant
Sometimes in our lives, we feel so stagnant, as though nothing is working or the world is silent on us. It happens.
We feel as though we are cursed, and everyone around us is making waves, but we are stuck. It happens in one’s life at times. Don’t feel depressed or be too hard on yourself. As long as we still have a positive mindset and a peaceful heart, wishing others well, and still doing good, despite not liking or wanting to do good, these phases will pass eventually, and I’m sure of that.
Know that you are needed in the world. You’ve got much to offer, you are important, and you have something to give.
The Power of Stretching Yourself

It’s good to stretch, come out of your comfort zone, and all that. It’s good to put in the work, invest in ourselves, and go the extra mile.
But I strongly believe in balancing, because all work and no play makes you and me get stressed… yes, we will.

Learning to strike a balance between working and playing is wisdom that we need to have or seek. It’s something we shouldn’t take for granted.
As it’s good to know the difference between the two, it’s also good to take a step back and relax, find time to unwind. Stress is never a good thing. I try my best to avoid it, regardless of my continuous drive and discipline to stretch.

Stress can affect one’s mind. You and I know that our minds are like a powerhouse. Once it’s not at peace and it’s stressed, it can affect our total well-being.
That’s why you must:
